Delete a Project

1. Select Project Data > Projects in the Navigation Menu. The Manage Projects tab window displays.
2. Click on the Structure [Select] dropdown in the Ribbon Menu and select the project you want to delete from the list.
3. Click Delete Project in the Ribbon Menu. A Delete Structures window displays with a list of the assigned project structures (calendar, rates, and resources), account structures (WBS), and user defined code structures for the project.

4. Click to select the project structures, account structures, and code structures you want to delete along with the project.

   Note:

   When the project you want to delete is using global calendar, rate, resource, or code structures that are shared with other projects, the global structures are excluded from the list of structures. You can only delete global structures that are not connected to other projects.

5. Click OK.
6. Optional. Close the Manage Projects tab.
